These terms apply to use of this website and to general inquiries submitted through it. A final printing order may also be subject to job-specific specifications, artwork approval, quantity, material availability, production time and payment terms agreed separately.

Website information

We aim to keep service descriptions accurate, but images and examples may be representative. Availability, material, finish, dimensions and production method can vary by job.

Quotations

Website forms do not create a binding order. A job becomes confirmed only after the required specifications, artwork, price, payment arrangement and production timeline are agreed.

Artwork and customer content

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use logos, photos, text and other content supplied for printing. We may decline work that appears unlawful, infringing or inappropriate.

Color and finishing

Screen colors and generated previews can differ from physical print output. Reasonable production variation may occur due to material, print process and finishing.

Intellectual property

The website design, original text and NCS branding may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
